孫娘「おじいちゃん、次の土曜日空いてる？」
祖父「かわいい孫のためならいつでも空いてるで。何かあるんか？」
孫娘「友達みんな持ってるのに私だけ持ってないのがあって、仲間外れやねん。。」
祖父「それは何か欲しいものがあるときの顔やな。回りくどいこと言わんとおじいちゃんに言うてみ。」
孫娘「さすがおじいちゃん！たまごっちがほしいねん。」
祖父「そうかそうか。じゃぁ、おじいちゃんが買うてあげよ。その代わり一つお約束や。もっとお母さんのお手伝いしたげてよ。」
孫娘「する、する！ありがとう！おじいちゃん、大好き！」
Granddaughter "Grandpa, are you free next Saturday?"
Grandpa "I am always free for my darling granddaughter. What is it?"
Granddaughter "There is something everyone has, except for me, so I feel left out…"
Grandpa "I know that face. It means you want something. Stop beating around the bush, and just tell me what it is."
Granddaughter "There’s the Grandpa I know! I want a Tamagocchi."
Grandpa "Hmm, I see. Ok, I’ll buy it for you. But can you make me one promise? You gotta help your Mom more, ok?"
Granddaughter "Sure, I promise! Thank you! I love you, Grandpa!"
