ブライスがバス停でバスを待っていると、一人の男性が話しかけてきた。
男性「すんません、バス遅れてますか？」
ブライス「ええ、10分くらい待ってますわ。」
男性「ここにベンチでもおいてくれたらええんやけどなぁ。おっちゃん膝悪いから長いこと立ってんのきついんよ。」
ブライス「確かに。でもここベンチおくようなスペースがないんでしょうねぁ。とりあえず僕のスーツケースに座りはったらどうですか？」
男性「ええの？若いのに優しい兄ちゃんやなぁ。おおきに。」
男性はブライスのスーツケースに座る。
男性「で、今から旅行ですか？」
ブライス「いやいや、ただスーツケース持ち歩くんが好きなんです。なんやかっこいいでしょ。これあったらどこでも座れるし。」
男性「ええ考えやな。早速マネさしてもらうわ。」
Man "Excuse me, is the bus running late?" Bryce "Yeah, I've been waiting for about 10 minutes." Man "I wish they would put a bench here. I have bad knees, so it's hard to stay standing for so long." Bryce "Yeah, for sure. But I guess there's not much space for a bench here. Would you like to sit on my suitcase for now?" Man "Can I? What a kind young man you are. Thank you."
The man sits down on Bryce's suitcase.
Man "So, are you going on a trip?" Bryce "No, I just like to carry this around with me. It looks cool and it's nice to be able to sit down anywhere." Man "That’s a good idea. I’m going to copy you from now on."
